When you turn on to the Canal Road from Glendale Ave. heading North toward Lock #3. The police man is kneeling down behind the street lamp pole at the driveway of the Volley Ball Courts aiming his gun at Glendale Ave. The car is black and unmarked and they park it facing North on the Canal Road so it less visible.
Interstate Highway 58 West Bound near St. Davids Road

Geneva Street near Half way between Scott and Linwell Road
They hide in the driveway of Fairview Mennonite Church, 455 Geneva Street, then pull their victims off the road and into the church parking lot to issue the tickets. I’ve also seen them across the road, where an officer, obscured by the pear trees can catch someone for his partner to pull into the church parking lot.

On Highway 406 Toronto bound after 4th Ave. overpass and around bend under Vansickle Rd. Bridge on center of Highway.
