Highway #4 (Col Talbot Road) South heading into St.Thomas. Speed limit from 80km/h to 60km/h. Police both at top and always at bottom of the hill to ensure you are riding the brake all the way down. Even at 1:30am in the morning i was grabbed here with not another vehicle for miles. Watch for it!!

Speed limit decreased from 80km/hr to 50km/hr – in a sparsely populated area. Road is straight. Minimal sidestreets accessing the road. NO history of accidents in the area, just an unrealistic limit meant soley for a cash grab.
