Markland Road and Mill Road

I just want to give the heads up. Although this isn’t a speed trap, this intersection is a stop sign blitz as there is a cop usually on a motorbike who sits at this intersection. There are two schools nearby.

Eastbound Park Lawn exit off Gardiner

Toronto, OntarioSep 02, 20111 Comments

When exiting Gardiner to Park Lawn be very carful after 70km/h sign. It’s a speed trap and the police usually hide the car under the bridge and hides behind the bridge bar. So keep sharp 70 km/hr after the sign.

Lawrence Avenue West-Eastbound between Bathurst and Avenue

Toronto, OntarioSep 01, 20110 Comments

Hiding along side streets on the south side, east-bound lanes on Lawrence Avenue, radar traps typically catch parents going towards several area schools. That part of Lawrence is often lean on traffic and it’s easy to forget that the limit is 50 km/h.

Allen Rd at Eglington

Toronto, OntarioAug 31, 20111 Comments

The speed drops from 80KM to 60KM close to the end of the Allen at Eglington. The Police sit up at the light and get people coming up the hill, just after the zone becomes 60KM. The sign is often obstructed by trees, when the speed changes. They are there most often in the mornings before traffic accumulates, and weekends – heavily on Sunday mornings.
