They sit on the south side of the road among some construction sites with lights off and pick off the pigeons. i have seen them at night since that is the only time I travel there.

Between Totten St. and Techumseh Rd. W on South Cameron Blvd. heading north. It’s posted 50 km; there are houses on one side and the Railroad on the other so it’s hard to notice your speed. The Black, unmarked car sits at the end of the road in a business driveway as at this point there is a 90 degree corner. You are only going 10 km when he pulls you over.
