Rt 422 at the Royersford exit – Walnut Street Bridge
Limerick Township Police use VASCAR while sitting on the bridge which crosses Rt 422. Chase cars are on Rt 422.
Route 422 both ways at Sanatoga Exit
Cops hide on the on-ramps in both directions, and sometimes park on the overpass. Also, 422 Westbound exiting at Sanatoga, the exit ramp backs up. Then the cops will sit there and ticket those stuck drivers for having expired inspection or registration. Most of them are just passing through a hundred yards of Limerick Township to get to their homes on the other side of the ramp, but the Limerick cops see this as easy money without offending the locals.
