State trooper will sit in unmarked truck and Explorer at offramp. 5-7 Upper Allen vehicles will sit around the onramp to rt 15 north at cumberland parkway. Always clocking the passing lane for going 62mph or higher (speed limit is 55). Occurs 2pm-10pm 3 days per month
