I 476 S in between Route 30 Exit, and Route 3 exit
PA State Trooper sits on the left, in the median, behind a bend, on a blacktop pad made especially for them. You do not see them until you are on top of them, so there is no hope of early detection of Trooper unless he is also "lighting up" vehicles in front of you. Posted MPH is 55. Especially active on Travel Holidays, but for the mpst part it is a Random patrol.
