York, Pennsylvania Speed Traps
ENRADD used near the on ramp coming from 74 onto Rt 30, just before the Olive Garden and Pennsylvania Ave. Officer said it was just after 500ft. of the posted speed limit of 40mph. The previous sign on Rt. 30 is 55mph
Susquhann trail north from church road (tom’s) to raintree road(pub on the trail) regional police have about 5 different places they hide
Generally they watch northbound traffic after the bend and down the long straight hill past The Dutch Village Motel. The speed limit is 40 but it is easy to go 50 because of the hill. They sit on the right in one of the parking areas. You can’t see them untill its too late
The exit overpass ramp spped is a ridiculous 30 mph. Then it goes to 55 and then back down to 35 for no reason except to trap drivers
On Route 30 eastbound just after Pennsylvania Avenue is a Burger King. Just beside that BK is a residential road (Breezeview Drive) on a hill where they sit with a perfect view of speeders and people running that light.
