Northbound on Rt. 2.
Up the hill after the light at Stony Lane.
He’ll park on the side over the crest of the hill. Posted speed is 35 mph, but it’s a 4 lane highway and 45 is a more reasonable speed, although that wouldn’t produce as much revenue.

State Route 2 near Schartner Farms
They usually sit in what was the American Legion parking lot if you are going south it’s right when the road starts to turn after Schartner Farms. If you are going north it’s right after the big LNG Tank depot. They sit there because it is right on the line between North Kingstown and Exeter. I’ve seen state troopers and town police there
State Route 4 North near Exit Number After Exit 5
after exit 5, there is an on-ramp merging onto Rt 4 North — the state police sit on the side of the road just after the on-ramp.
State Route 4 South near Exit Number 5
State and local police sit by the side of the road on RT 4 south, just after exit 5.

State and local police sit in unlit sections of meadian just prior to the Rt 1 off ramp
