Warwick, Rhode Island Speed Traps

Police have been sitting on Main Avenue ( in all different spots on the Ave,)for months now, pulling over people all day long.

The State Police have been very very active on all areas of route 95 in RI this spring, at all hours of the day/night. At any given time, you will see 2-3 cars pulled over. A lot of the highway still has a 55 mph limit, and it is being strictly enforced.

When traveling east on route 117 (just past the RT95 exit 10 off ramp) local police radar in two places. sometimes they are in the "park and ride" set back(on your right hand side traveling east) or lately they have been hiding in the bushes just past the "park and ride" and just before the on ramp to RT95. WATCH OUT! they light my detector up about twice a week when coming home from work

Posted 25mph speed limit is ridiculous. similar streets in area are posted at 35 mph. Police will sit in back of the Lockwood condo’s.

Unmarked late model dark green Dodge Intrepid with tinted windows. I haven’t personally been pulled over, but have seen numerous people pulled over by this car. Up and down I-95 as well as side streets. This one gets areound!
