Coming from Clemson, the speed limit changes from 55 to 45 in front of Tri County Tech. Drop your speed immediately, because troopers can be sitting in the median after you crest the hill. Going from Anderson toward Clemson–same place–they will sit in the median below the crest of the hill so you don’t see them until you are right on them.

This town has big ambitions and not much money so it uses this to supplement the budget . Watch out dont’t go here if you don’t have to .
