US Highway US76/SC28 near Tri County Tecnhical College
Coming from Clemson, the speed limit changes from 55 to 45 in front of Tri County Tech. Drop your speed immediately, because troopers can be sitting in the median after you crest the hill. Going from Anderson toward Clemson–same place–they will sit in the median below the crest of the hill so you don’t see them until you are right on them.

Going west bound on Clemson Blvd.(76) approching Tri-County Tec on the right. Just before you get there you go up a rise and you come to a blind where the road goes up and as soon as you reach the top of the hill do go down the police will get you right there while you at your top speed. 45 is the speed limit there. East bounders can see, sometimes they will have two cars facing each way.
