10 Mile Road near Kelly Road

Eastpointe and Roseville cops sit in the parking lots around 10 Mile and Kelly.

Lots of areas:

CVS parking lot- facing 10 mile and facing kelly

Valu-world lot- facing kelly, there is a wall they hide behind. You cant see them till you pass them.

Kelly Middle school- They sit in the side lot facing kelly, The lot is btw the school and apartment complex. You cannot see them.

Gas station on corner of 10 Mile and Kelly- they sit here, both facing 10 mile and kelly. They enforce speeding and the No Turn On Red sign on northbound Kelly at 10 Mile. Bushes and a low lying area of the gas station lot hides them well.

Hiding behind buildings is common in this zone. Watch light on 10 and Kelley it purposely doesn't "blink" like other red turn lights. Also, after attending traffic court, it is safe to assume that this city is in dire straits and needs money. Their ticketing is borderline criminal. I was wrongfully ticketed (as many others) in this area. My word against the policeman. Pulled over 1/2 mile from Kelly and 10 mile where the incident, wrong turn on red, happened. 1/2 mile(?) why did it take him so long to pull me over? Poorly managed city to rely on low tactics. The police may be effective fighting crime and protecting the citizens, but when it comes to ticketing Mr. Non resident, they are are shameful.
