13th St. 800 block approx. 1 mile from Interstate 35
You can see the speed limit sign. The area is non-residential and the speed drops arbitrarily from 45 mph to 35 mph. The speed limit sign is on a light pole, but the light is apparently not working. This location is especially a problem after dark.

What this person didn't tell you is there is a multiuse path on the north side of 13th st.
and this person also did not say there are two red flags on that 35mph sign.
and oparently he did see the sign, and is making excuses.
