13th Street Near Camel’s Back Park
Where you’re going eastbound on Hill Road, where it turns right into 13th street by Camel’s Back. In the middle of the day, there’s usually a motorcycle cop on the left hand side of the road, just before you reach Heron St. The speed limit is 20 MPH through there.
