14th Avenue near Sylvester Street
This is a school zone. Most of the school zone speed limits post a legend "While Children Are Present." In this particular case the legend is From 7:30 AM to 6 PM but is not clearly posted. Turning from Sylvester into 14th Avenue becomes a trap as the posting is barely visible. When traveling eastbound on Sylvester turning North onto 14th avenue gives the driver a ticket in about 80-90% of the times

Yes, this is a stupid trap. There are no flashing lights like most school zones, just a vague speed change depending on...??? Even my careful driving 75 year old mother got zapped for going 21 MPH in that area.
