1604 Loop
The new feeder/access roads for Loop 1604 between Bitters and NW Military… watch out for SAPD! The feeders are built and designed to handle 55-65 mph but the signs say 45mph and you don’t expect it! SAPD will sit like cowards on the blind side of a hill just waiting to nab you!

And now the speed limit is 55 mph. So they were ticketing people for driving at an appropriate speed? Absolutely pathetic.
