The orbis system monitors the intersection. you will get a ticket in the mail to whom ever the car is registered. you can get a ticket for no turn on red and for going fast over the railroad tracks heading northbound speed limit changes to 25mph. Also the police will sit in the burger king parking lot and moniter trafic late at night.
