18th Avenue near Interstate 198
You drive downhill from the 198 off ramp on 18th Avenue. The speed limit in front of the school zone is 35 but one more block and it’s 25 MPH. Cops will get you in either block. Motorcycle patrols sit on the side of the road of in public parking lots making them almost impossible to spot.
