1st Street near 54 N Avenue
They sit here all the time during the day. Just north of 54th Ave N on 1st St. They sit way back from the road at a Progress Energy power station (east of 1st), just lurking, waiting. Rarely does my radar detector go off so I believe they are on break or just doing visual guesstimates. But they are there a lot.
