2200 West Street near 9800 South to 10400 South
This is a street next to a high school. It is a well defined collector street that was previously posted at 35 MPH. The speed limit has been dropped to 25 MPH to accomodate the high school and foot traffic to an elementary even though sidewalks are available. It is heavily enfored especially around the start and end of the high school day. It amounts to an illegal school zone under Utah law.
