22nd Avenue (County Hwy Y) north end of town
Coming south from Racine, Sheriffs and city police sit on North 22nd as the speed limit drops, unjustifiably, from 45 to 35 and eventually to 30. Their favorite spots are at Southport Bank, between Hwy E and Birch Rd, and also in the Villa Capri shopping center at 21st St. Also a hotspot for DUI activity.
