24 Hwy (Independence Ave) and River Rd.
Independence Officers sit between the Hi-Boy burger resteraunt and a small strip mall to the east and catch you coming down that hill. The speed limit is 35 and they are there almost every day. (Got me twice in 2 years)

Sometimes there's a motorcycle officer parked right at the stop sign,aiming his radar. I had to go around him a few times while making the right turn onto Independence Ave. I usually see him early afternoons, and sometimes late afternoons.
