2700 block E. Joppa Rd.
Police will sit on a little side street and catch people. The speed limit is 30 mph and strickly enforced. I know people that recieved tickets for 36mph and fined. I think a few pedestrians have been killed in that area due to speeding.

The speed limit has just recently been increased to 35 mph through this section of Joppa Road. I believe this is also the same place as described in the posting on page 1 called, "Joppa Road near Harford and Joppa."
