A few times per month there are 4-8 squad cars waiting in a line on a side street just south of the 54th Ave South/31st St South Albertson’s. They pull cars over non-stop for hours, so there’s a good chance you’ll get a warning when you see the lights from a current stop or multiple at once. They are watching northbound and southbound traffic traveling on 31st Street South, on which the posted limit is 35mph.
