38 th Avenue near 7th Street
I have been stopped in this area once before and received a ticket.Police like to sit in an ally off 38th ave. going east with radar and sometimes they like to post what loks like city workers in a truck with a radar, then they get you in the parking lot of Albertsons. So slow down in that area or watch out!

I am thankful to SPD for setting up here. The speedlimit is 35 and most drivers coming down the hill are doing at least 45. I live on 38th and have a hard time getting out of my driveway without getting hit. I know of one time they got a Porsche doing 60!
