3rd Av. NW, between N. 110th and N. 115th
At the bottom of a big dip on 3rd, one or two motorcycle officers sit by the side of the road. They wait for cars that speed up coming down the fairly steep hills both ways. It is easy to get caught if you don’t use your brakes coming down hill (limit: 30mph). Times of trap use vary.
