417 Expressway
417 highway between Moodie Dr. and Richmond Road, Police sits clearly visible on the emergency vehicle turn around. Seen almost daily at different times. I’ve seen them at 8 am, 12pm, 4pm, 8pm, 12am, 4am…. Very Frequent.
