This one is definitely true. I work in the office building across a small retention pond from where they sit (usually in the mornings around 8 am. I have to work outdoors before heading out on the road and my co-workers and myself watch them in action. I have gotten pretty good at determining which vehicles are about to get nailed! Usually it is a marked car parking further back in the lot out of sight and an unmarked dark pick-up nearer to the road. They tag team. Stupid speed limit for that area in my opinion. should be higher than marked for a two lane road.
