Warwick denies that it’s a speedtrap, but when you’re heading into town from Albany and go around the small curve, they’ll be sitting in the medium every afternoon religiously. They also favor the spot at Rubo’s and an old closed gas station at the Hwy. 313 junction. 60 Minutes could have a field day with this bunch. Let’s put it this way, if Warwick isn’t a speed trap, there isn’t a cow in Texas. Do not exceed 45 mph through this town, period.

I agree wholeheartedly...came through there on the way back home from Panama City Beach, speed limit signs went straight from 65 to 45, was pulled over in the process of slowing down by an officer who had an obviously very well-rehearsed speech...he said an officer sitting right at the 45 sign radioed him my speed - a dead giveaway to a speed trap...
