Kirkland is known for its rather large and expensive police force it is 1 officer to 20 people. To pay these salaries there are a lot of speed traps including the worst. Going west on 85th street leaving 405 you come to to lights one at 6th ave and one at 3rd. What makes this unique is that they are about a block or so apart and both have radically fast yellow to red change times.
