The speed limit on Abbott/Chandler changes from 45-35-25 within a less than 2 mile stretch. I you are not paying attention to this you will more than likely get a speeding ticket on Abbott/Chandler. Speed limit on Abbott/Chandler near Coleman is 45 mph as you travel South it changes to 35 mph near Lake Lansing Rd and then changes to 25 mph right after you cross over E. Saginaw St. by the Post Office (White Hills Drive) and continues at that speed all the way to Grand River (MSU Campus). Cars sit near Northlawn Ave where they pull people over by Hannah Center. The minimum ticket for 5 miles over is $140.00.
