This entire stretch of Saginaw (from 96 interchange and Canal Rd. to Waverly Rd) is in effect a speed trap. Most cops are “Eaton County sheriffs” and they utilize motorcycle enforcement as well as cars/SUV’s in tandem using radar.

Northrup St between S Washington and S Cedar

The city has targeted this section of Northrup for speed enforcement. Because a member of the city council lives there. Officers sit on the cross streets and use radar to catch anyone going faster then the 25 MPH speed limit.
