You’ve got the State Police Post on 23 near South Bloomfield along with
a gang of police out of South Bloomfield. In addition, there are Pickaway
County Sheriff’s deputies coming out of Circleville just 10 minutes away.
Together, this array of law enforcement makes more money than corn
in Pickaway County. They will write tickets for window tint, speeding
crooked license plates and funny smiles. They will then brow beat you
into letting them search your car. You better let them, or you could sit
there for a long time.
