Advocado Road near Broadway
For those heading North Bound on Avocado (which turns into Ballantyne when you near Broadway).
ECPD post up in a church parking lot and nails speeders as they pass underneath the Interstate 8 overpass.
The speed limit on the other side of the bridge (South side) is 35 mph. After the bridge (North side) the speed limit is 45mph.

Heading Northbound Avocado becomes Ballantyne AT Main Street, approx a mile South of your description. Not sure however how this could be a speed trap as you state the speed limit increases North of the bridge (from 35mph S of the I-8 bridge to 45mph N of the I-8 bridge). So I'm guessing the speed trap is heading Southbound on Ballantyne, S of the I-8 bridge going from 45mph TO 35mph.
If I am in a 35 zone that becomes 45, how am I going to get nabbed for speeding?
BTW, Avocado changes to Ballantyne at East Main Street, not Broadway.
