This IS a speedtrap. There are very few businesses located between Stateline Rd and Airport Industrial Dr (I believe this is the road being referred to); therefore, few needs to slow down, stop, or otherwise pose a traffic obstruction and therefore no need for a 40 mph speed limit (other than revenue generation.
