This is a residential area with many schools and children around. The speed limit is 25mph and many people ignore it and do 35 and 40 mph through this area. Yes, the police are frequently there, as they should be. How can you call it a trap when it is clearly posted? Obey the posted speed limit and you will not be ticketed. I live in the area and appreciate the efforts of police to stop the speeding in my area that threatens my family.
