Andover Street near about 1/8 mile after fork in the road leading to i93
The cop changes position from night to night, but he/she is usually there evrynight. They sit on the side of the road usually in a driveway or buisness parking lot. The only lights that are on are the inside dome lights. Sometime the yellow lights on the side of the headlights are on.
