At the four-way stop, make sure you come to a complete and dead stop. Otherwise, even if you are barely moving, you may receive a ticket at a cost of $109. I suggest you carefully obey all traffic laws, including signaling, when passing through Rosebud.

And what makes this a speed trap? If you were barely "moving" at all, you didn't come to a COMPLETE stop. This is not California so don't do California stops.
You said it....come to a complete stop. And yes, failing to signal while passing is a violation of the law. Nothing about you post make this a speed trap.
