At the turn off to the Sanitary Landfill on WA28
South end of town just as you enter traveling from I90 to Grand Coulee. Speed drops from 60 to 50. Picked up by car radar at about 11pm. The 2 locals traveling before and after me were not ticketed.
Also the main road through town changes speed several times for no apparent reason. Hope this helps someone, first ticket in 31 years. At least the officer was polite.
