Basically Entire City
Basically the entire city. Most areas have too low of posted speed limits. This is no exaggeration. The city police are very aggressive in hiding in various locations and the county sheriffs, constables and state troopers are there too!

US 281 goes through the city limits of Bulverde.
It has been reported that the small town takes in half a million dollars a year in fines.
The portion of US 281 that goes through this speed trap is four lanes and divided.
Yet, they have the speed limit at 65, whereas its 70 just to the North and its 2 lanes and NOT divided.
Obviously a great way for this little town to make some big bucks.
This is one of the top 10 speed traps in Texas.
Yes, US 281 passes through Bulverde but what they don't advertise is that there are several significant breaks in the city's jurisdiction on 281.
