Birch Road east of State College (SR-57 overpass)
Motor usually sits along north side of roadway at Claim Jumper parking lot, blends in with parking lot shrubbery; typically works westbound traffic (drivers looking into sun); this driveway is steps beyond the SR-57 overpass. No breaks with this guy!
