Blackstone Avenue
This is not actually a TRAP, persay. But a bit of a TRICK. On weekends down Blackstone Ave some of the Fresno PD will have a car pulled over as a decoy and the guy that has "pulled" the car over will have a radar gun and clock oncoming traffic. Another cop will be waiting for them a little ways ahead. 🙂
