Broad st hill
As you start to go up Broad street hill, There is a speedtrap on a small side road. You start to speed up a little bit to make it up the very steep hill and the cop will stop you for doing any more than 28 miles an hour. Speed Limit is 25

definite speed trap. Parkersburg needs to increase speed limit on primary city streets to at least 30. but they won't because the current Mayor wants them to write tickets, city needs revenue. beware of potholes too.
