Broad Street near State Highway 29
The cop is usually a motorcycle cop. He will sit behind the wall of Dulin church to nab people going westbound. The speed limit here is 25, but it is a 4 lane, high density traffic area. It does not help that Rt. 7 (broad street) is a 45 mph zone directly before the 25 zone. AAA has complained about this traffic zone, too.
