Bullard Avenue near Tamara Street
Moto-cross type bike hides on the Eastbound side of Bullard near Tamara going towards Marks. He sits in a shaded area where trees and bushes hide him. He’s the same pd that sits near my house near Cecelia St. and the same pd that sits on Golden State in between Herndon and Shaw. Trust me I’ve been stopped by him. I know his face and build.
