Saginaw is one of the worst speed traps I have had the displeasure of going through. I was going 45mph in a 40mph zone I knew I was speeding a little so I let off the gas a bit too late. He didn’t ask if I had a reason just handed me a ticket. I live near this area and my girlfriend lives in Saginaw, she has been pulled over more than anyone I know and has never recieved a ticket. I have heard from many of the women that live there and none have recieved tickets. So if you’re a man drive 5mph under the speed limit.

I live in Saginaw and have received a ticket when I was speeding on a side street, and I'm female. These are possibly the most lenient policemen I've ever lived near. They definitely do not stay hidden all up and down Saginaw Blvd.. The speed limit is 40 through town, which is only a few blocks long. Not a huge request to watch your speed for about 8 blocks. Laws. Have patience and live with them.
It is definitely a speed trap. Those 40 MPH signs on bus hwy 287/Saignaw Blvd are well hidden behind large over grown schrubs that he city of Saginaw will not trim back for motorist to see clearly. Was almost hit head on by Saginaw female officer in SUV who was texting on her police computer while driving (shame on you). It was on Knowles Ave. And the male officers when they stop a female often refer the the driver as "Darlin" or "Honey" followed by "do you know why I stopped you?" Most unbecoming
