The speed limit has been dropped, on a 4 lane highway, from 40 mph to 35 mph. The cop will sit in the medium below a slight hill with radar and when you crest the hill he’s got ya! Even a couple of miles over the limit will get you stopped; especially during the night with the unmarked, black charger.
