There is always a police car hiding somewhere. I usually see the cop early morning or late afternoon. Lots of people hog left lane while going below speed limit, so be careful when passing!

From I 385 to half mile past Mauldin HS. Speed limit 35mph and often they sit in plain sight using radar.

The speed limit has been dropped, on a 4 lane highway, from 40 mph to 35 mph. The cop will sit in the medium below a slight hill with radar and when you crest the hill he’s got ya! Even a couple of miles over the limit will get you stopped; especially during the night with the unmarked, black charger.

U.S. Hwy. 276 (Main Street) at State Hwy. 417 Overpass

In the North-bound lane, heading into Mauldin, just as you cross under the State Hwy. 417 overpass be very careful. I admit it… I was speeding but Wow… was that car hidden well!

Miller Road near Tillman Court

This is yet another warning to be very careful on Miller Road, once in the Mauldin city limits! The Mauldin City police department has been very active on the stretch of Miller Road beginning at the fire station, and then on down to Corn Road. Lately there have been cruisers parked on (each side) of Miller Road right before the fire station (actually at Tillman Court), if you are coming from Mauldin. If traveling from Greenville, obviously it will be the reverse of the above. The cruiser on the right side of the road is partially concealed by some trees. The one on the left is visble if you are paying attention. This is a residential area, and I’m not saying that the speed limit is unfair. I am however advising of an enforcement location.
