Cambridge Road near State Highway 50
Both north and southbound lanes of Cambridge Road from Hwy 50 to Green Valley road. The posted speed limit is 30mph and is enforced by the California Highway Patrol. It is very easy to be going 40mph on this north/south connector road in Cameron Park. The radar units are usually parked beneath shade trees on either side of the road. Most everyone I know has been stopped or cited on this road.

The reporter of this 'speed trap' is mistaken about the posted speed limit. The article indicates that the posted speed limit is 30 mph, when in actuality it is 35 mph. That means that the speeder has to be going at least 45 mph before he/she is cited. Way to fast for a residential area.
